Thank you very much. So now i need the right .pid File in /var/run/ Because in the standart example, it uses /var/run/vpnc But I use the openvpn-tool from Network-Manager. Does anyone know whats the right pid-file for this?

Answer by Kretortex for
Hey guys,

To alter the information displayed:

Create or edit ~/.i3status.conf or ~/.config/i3status/config.

Also make sure to checkout the i3status manpage for all configuration options.

Comment by Kretortex for
Note: The panel is i3bar whereas the information there is displayed by i3status.
