I only installed `ttf-mac-fonts` yet and could add some more if necessary.

my configuration file for example is:

    font pango:DejaVu 11
It requires ttf-dejavu of course ;)

But this will only set's a font for window headings and i3bar

If you are searching for a fancy looking window manager you should look out for something else.
