The last time I tried the state of the art wayland fedora image, it was not usable at all. I don’t have time/motivation to be an early adopter in this case, so I’ll wait until some other window manager is ported over to wayland. Updated to clarify that as of now (2013-07) this situation has not changed. SardemFF7 has expressed some interest in working on an i3 wayland port, though.
