How could i3 list windows in order of attention or activity

notion has this feature: Mod1+K K list clients in order of attention or activity does it exist in i3 or does it require implementation?

I don't think it is available, and the feature to list windows are most likely to never be implemented in the core of i3. Although is not what you are looking for, listing available windows was discussed here:
