Is there a way to focus the previous window?
Analogous to workspace back_and_forth, a method of focusing the window that last had focus (within the current workspace)?

currently, this is not possible, but there is an accepted feature request (https://github.com/i3/i3/issues/838). therefore, a window-focus event would be needed, which triggers whenever the focus is changed.
