I3 is awesome, but I didn't found a solution for this.

Suppose we have Workspace 1 with one Left Terminal and another V-Split Container [Top Terminal + Bottom Terminal]. So, how to move the bottom terminal (inside the V-split Container) to the left, splitting vertically the left terminal?

You almost answered your own question already:

Focus the left terminal, split it vertically, then move the bottom terminal to the left.
