Hi please how to enable or inplement the same shortcuts on the keyboard i used with windows such as ALT+62 to display ( > )

This is not something a window manager is or should be responsible for.

Input processing like this is the applications job.

Maybe configuring a Compose Key can help you (which happens to be a more powerful concept than Alt+Numpad anyway).
