moving a window across multiple monitors

is there any patch that allows me to grab a window which automatically will detect the mouse button holding on the window title and it changes for scratchpad layout then it allows move a window accross the monitors and after release the mouse button in a specific monitor, the window would change the layout again to fit the entirelly screen in the workspace. is there any patch that does something like that?

Since i3 is keyboard oriented, using the mouse isn't the most efficient way. Why not binding a shortcut to move the current container to another workspace, with that workspace assigned to only display on your other monitor?

with mouse would be more comfortable but for a while I am using bindsym $mod+Tab move workspace to output left, thanks for reply
