How to disable a touchpad's tap-click and disable it while typing ? [closed]

I'm currently using i3 on Ubuntu 13.04 and two of the things that bother me are:

1) The tap-to-click functionality 2) The fact that it's not disabled when I'm typing

Running Ubuntu 13.04 with the latest i3 on EeePC 1000h.

How on earth can it be a duplicate if the one you linked relates to Arch ? O_o

It is the same package controlling the touchpad. In any case, you should look in Ubuntu forums for this solution.
