Hello,

When using i3 I get only a few icons in gnome-control-center, like this:

I am starting gnome-settings-daemon after I start i3, should I start any other daemons?

Unsetting XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP worked for me. (i3 sets it to 'i3' and it's not recogniced by gnome-control-center)

try:

unset XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP; gnome-control-center
