Who has designed the i3 logo and where can I find the original for download to use it for wallpapers and the likes?

The official logo is available in the repository as an svg file: https://github.com/i3/i3/blob/next/lo...

I don't know who designed it, but a commit in the commit history says "Thanks to steckdenis, yellowiscool and farvardin!"
