System tray icons are showing up in the secondary display (the left monitor) instead of the primary display (the right monitor).
Is there any way to fix that?

Yes, there is a way to specify on which monitor the tray icons should appear: http://i3wm.org/docs/userguide.html#trayoutput
Due to the way the system tray works, it is not possible to show these icons in more than one position.
