Is there any way to save a layout for specific workspace? [closed]

For example, my second workspace always like:

-----------------------
emacs     |  chromium
-----------------------
terminal  |  terminal
-----------------------

and may be more terminal. But the layout will lost every time I start my computer, so is there any way to save a layout for specific workspace?
