As Michael said, i3 is part of official EPEL repositories (http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/bu...). You should enable EPEL in your RHEL or CentOS. Google "EPEL" how to do it and install it then.

Btw installing Fedora packages in RHEL is not recommended, but it usually works. Depends on which Fedora version you select.
