If I open 2 terminal windows, and then press "focus left" twice, I'll get back to the same windows I was on, instead of "locking" on the left one. Is there a way to disable that?

I'm also very keen on this. What I'd like to be able to do is to issue certain keystrokes, like up-right, and know that the the upper right window will have focus. Without any feedback whatsoever. Idempotency over toggling!
