Before I installed i3 I saw somewhere on the internet a keybinding to move the mouse out of the screen(eg move it at location 1280x800 on a 1280x800 screen) I have been searching about that ever since, but I can't seem to find it.

another way would be xdotool mousemove 1280 800. At least for ubuntu and arch it is directly available from the package management. However, it does much more that swarp so for you it might be "bloadware".

great, it is indeed a bit overkill to use it just for that, but at 160kb it is not a problem, and looking at the man page I may find other uses for it soon, so thank you!

Have a look at swarp.

thanks for the suggestion, but I guess I'll use xdotool, because I prefer tools which are in the official arch repos.

`swarp` is in fact in the official community repos (just like xdotool)
