Hello, I configured my i3bar to hide and it works seemless, but when there is an X-Chat2 activity, it higlight the workspace number AND it gets focus for unlimited time. I would rather configure:
1) to hide after some period of time (few seconds)
or
2) not to get focus at all (ignoring highlighting).
Is this possible?
Configuring it to ignore highlighting is not possible currently.
However, in the latest git version, this commit might be of interest to you: http://code.stapelberg.de/git/i3/comm... (it will hide i3bar automatically, but not based on a timeout).
